Venerable Sajjvat Vajiranano taught me the art of Vipassana Meditation as my teacher.

Today I am my own teacher in the phenomenological world of Vipassana Meditation and uses hypnosis to speed up the prosses.

Venerable Sajjvat Vajiranano is my companion and friend in these studies.
